  • What is the maximum guest count?
    Up to 150 people. Have more? See the question below.
  • Do you offer Food & Beverage?
    Are you hungry? Yes we've got you covered - please see how our in house catering partner make magic happen!
  • Do you offer Signage & Branding?
    For Decals, Vinyl, and Custom Counters- Yes we do it all in house Talk to us on areas of Branding!
  • What if it rains on the day of my event?
    We are an Outdoor Venue, Our Goal is to look for The Sunny Days. We offer each client a mutually agreed list of Rescheduling Days. The Decision to move date and initiate your Rescheduling Process, must be made by 10:00AM on the day prior to your booked event date
  • What are your Rental fees?
    For exclusive use of either indoor or outdoor rooftop space, the rate is $7,500.00. Rental fee for exclusive use of both indoor and outdoor spaces is $10,000.00.
  • What are the Standard Event Fees?
    < 150 GUESTS, THESE ARE ESTIMATED FEES THAT WILL APPLY: Freight Service - $750 (4 hour minimum) Porter Service - $500 (4 hour minimum) Fire Guards - $1,500, Estimate TBD depending on # of guards/supervisors required
  • Do you handle event production?
    For Audio, Video, Lights, and Staging - Yes we Do it all in house
  • What if I have more than 150 people?
    For any rooftop event that will have more than 150 people, we will need to hire an expeditor to file for a Temporary Place of Assembly (TPA) permit. TPA service fees for this are approximately $7,500.00 and entails the following: Hire An Expeditor Produce CAD plan to be filed for TPA permit. Prepare TPA filing on DOB NOW Build. Submit TPA filing to DOB NOW Build. Obtain a TPA permit for the event.
